Peter McGrath - Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Leighton Telecommunications, Peter has overall accountability for the strategic direction, business performance and customer satisfaction at Nextgen Networks.
Peter joined Leighton Contractors in 2007, and was appointed the Managing Director of Leighton Telecommunications in 2009. Previously the CEO of Uecomm Limited, Peter implemented a restructure and strategy change to concentrate on the corporate and government sectors, resulting in Uecomm’s acquisition by Singtel Optus. Prior to Uecomm, Peter was the Chief Operating Officer of Connect Internet Services, one of the largest commercial and wholesale Australian Internet Service Providers at the time. Before moving back into the Telecommunications sector, Peter had a career in investment banking and corporate advisory, working with UBS Warburg and ANZ Investment Bank as their head of advisory for the IT&T sector.
Peter holds a Master of Business Administration, Melbourne Business School Bachelor of Engineering (Communications), RMIT.


David Healy 
- Director of Corporate & Government Sales

David is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the Corporate and Government sales team across Australia. He held senior sales and sales management positions from 1990 to 2000 within Telstra Business & Government and Telstra Business Solutions divisions.
After leaving Telstra, he joined Siemens Australia and was their General Manager for Enterprise Networks across Australia/New Zealand as well as a member of the Asia Pacific Leadership team. This was a channel lead business and during this period the Australian/New Zealand Enterprise Networks business was ranked in the top 10 countries within Siemens globally for channel sales.
In mid 2006, he joined hosted IP telephony start-up as General Manager, Sales and Marketing and led the sales and marketing teams until the business was sold in mid 2008.
He joined Nextgen in late 2008 as State Sales Manager and built a sales team that delivered outstanding sales results prior to his promotion to Director of Sales in June 2012.
David’s capabilities lie in sales and marketing -  specialising in planning and strategy, market development and sales leadership in both a Australian and global context, with experience of operating in leadership roles in large domestic, multi-national and start-up businesses.
David holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).


Laurie Vale - Director, Carrier Business

Laurie is responsible for the strategic direction and management of sales to the Carrier and Service Provider segment.  Laurie brings to Nextgen over 38 years of extensive telecommunications experience spanning  technical, management and leadership roles at Telstra and Optus.  Laurie has successfully established and lead teams to create and develop profitable challenger telecommunications networks, under pinned by market leading technologies and business strategies.  His achievements have been across Strategy Development, Planning, Design, Technology Selection, Material and Services Procurement, Deployment, Product Development, Network Operations and Maintenance.  Laurie has extensive International experience in Asia, North America and Europe with Network Operators, International standards forums and conference participation.
Laurie holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Sydney University.


Peter Harrison - Director of Services – Regional Backbone Blackspots Program (RBBP)

Peter is responsible for the delivery and commercialisation of Nextgen’s Regional Backbone Blackspots Program (RBBP). Much of his career has been with Telstra, initially as an engineer, where his early roles included development of national telecommunication networks across the country. Peter has held various senior management roles that encompass product management, business strategy and commercial operations during his time with the company. One of his most challenging roles was as MD of the Customer Premises Equipment business in which he undertook a major profit turnaround.
More recently Peter has also held the position of GM of Reef Networks, a privately owned optical fibre network in north Queensland, and various senior roles within the Leighton Contractors telecommunications group.
Peter brings a rich depth of expertise to Nextgen from his more than 27 years telecommunications experience.
Peter has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Honours) in Electrical Engineering from Monash University.


Theo Morros - Chief Financial Officer

Theo Morros is responsible for leading the finance and commercial functions at Nextgen. Theo has a proven record of developing and restructuring processes and driving cost management and profit improvement programs.
Theo possess strong leadership and management skills, is highly motivated and creates a climate in which people want to do their best. His approach is a hands-on style in the proactive management of financial and commercial issues.
Theo brings to Nextgen extensive experience within manufacturing, sales and distribution, logistic, and engineering businesses with companies such as Qantas, Atlas Speciality Metals, Delacamp Australia and Visy Industries.
Theo is a CPA and has a Bachelor of Economics and SAP Consultant Certificate.


Glenn Law - Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Glenn Law is responsible for leading and managing the Engineering, IT and Customer Operations functions.  
Glenn has a strong background in the Information Technology, Telecommunications and Defence industries with over 20 years experience with leading national and global organisations including Optus/Uecomm, Telstra, Alcatel-Lucent, Hewlett Packard, RAAF and UK Royal Air Force.
Glenn has a strong project delivery and technical background with particular expertise in leading major systems integration projects. Glenn is results focused with a reputation for achieving outstanding results through the use of sound business, project management and systems engineering practices.
Glenn has a Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Science, Graduate Diploma in Management and a Graduate Diploma in Military Aviation.
