Nextgen provides customer service contracts in a Standard Form Of Agreement (SFoA), consistent with the Telecommunications Act 1997.
We also provided a 4-page summary of the SFoA that sets out the rights and obligations of both parties.
The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has reviewed and registered our SFoA and summary as compliant with the Telecommunications (Standard Form of Agreement Information) Determination 2003 and confirmed that the summary is an adequate summary of our terms and conditions.
